The following delivery terms are specific for on-line ordering and for the commercial traffic between hairdream4you and the internet user.

Delivery

All products ready in stock are immediately delivered. Where this is not the case a written order confirmation is carried out with the expected delivery date. When an item forms part of an order (more than one item) and the item is not available then no transportation costs are billed for the subsequent delivery. www.hairdream4you.com is not liable for delays in shipment in any case.

All products remain property of Hairdream4you. The products may be used by the client in any personal projects (royalty-free). Products may not be resold or redistributed. In case a client does not comply with the rules, legal measures are consequently applied.

Guarantee

Defects must be reported in writing within 2 weeks after discovery. The invoice is regarded as a "guarantee". The faulty material has to be sent with a copy of the invoice for rights to claim under guarantee. Damages because of change or repair which were caused by the customer or because of wear and tear, acts of god as well as disdain of the operating instructions are excluded from the guarantee. This is not valid for cd and dvd.

Complaints and return

Complaints must be reported in writing 2 weeks as of date of invoice, otherwise is regarded as accepted. A right of return of 2 weeks applies to current articles under the following conditions as of date of invoice: All material must be sent back in practically new condition and in faultless original packing, a copy of the invoice must be included and a letter indicating why the product was returned.
